Refund Policy - the basics

We’ve got your back with a 30-day guarantee :)

We encourage you to try The Ryzz for at least 3 weeks to give the long-term benefits of our functional mushrooms time to compound in your body! With that in mind, you can request a refund for any of our myst products (Focus, Euphoria, or Hybrid) within 30 days of your first purchase. Please reach out to us at orders@theryzz.co for help.
 

Even if you don’t love The Ryzz, someone else in your circle might!
Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we can’t resell any products that have left our warehouse. This means we can’t accept returns or exchanges of any myst products, even if they are unopened. Help us save some carbon emissions by giving your extra myst to a friend!


DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us ASAP if the product is damaged/melted or if you receive the wrong item. Our Customer Experience team will make it right — just reach out to orders@theryzz.co.
 

REFUND PROCESSING:
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at orders@theryzz.co
